Oleg Zhikharev has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Oleg is currently working as a Hardware Project Manager at IMC Trading since February 2022. Prior to this, Oleg worked at Cadence Design Systems for a remarkable tenure of 16 years, from May 2006 to January 2022, as a Sr. Principal Application Engineer. In this role, they autonomously handled customer projects, collaborated with R&D groups, and set up the Back-End flow according to design and customers' requirements. Before Cadence Design Systems, Oleg worked at MicroStyle as a Lead Design Engineer from March 2004 to February 2006, where they developed digital and IO libraries and conducted silicon validation. Prior to MicroStyle, Oleg worked at Kedah Electronics Engineering from June 2001 to February 2004 as a Lead Design Engineer, contributing to the complex project of System-on-Chip with ARM7TDMI core, designing the controller of a 10-bit integrated Analog-to-Digital Converter. Oleg began their career at Cybiko Laboratories Inc as an ASIC Designer from July 1999 to June 2000, where they again worked on a complex System-on-Chip project with ARM7TDMI core and contributed to system specification and controller design.

Oleg Zhikharev obtained a Master's Degree in Electronics and Microelectronics from the National Research University of Electronic Technology (MIET) from 1993 to 1999. Additionally, they pursued marketing studies during their high school education at the same university from 1996 to 1998.
