Yuelin Yang is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in governance and investment roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors for the 1990 Institute and a member of the Programme Committee for the Pacific Pension & Investment Institute (PPI), Yuelin also acts as a Senior Advisor to PPI, focusing on enhancing relationships in ASEAN and Asia while promoting governance knowledge sharing. As Chief Stewardship and Wellbeing Governance Officer at TPC and Managing Director at Unithai Group, Yuelin continues to influence business practices. In addition to the role of Deputy Group Managing Director at IMC Industrial Group and Independent Director at Verlinvest Asia, Yuelin is a Council Member and Chair of the Membership Committee for the Asian Corporate Governance Association and serves on the Board of the NUS Business School's Center for Governance & Sustainability. Yuelin's legal career began at Cooley LLP and Acer, demonstrating a strong foundation in corporate and commercial law. Educational credentials include a JD from Stanford Law School and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University.
