Daniel Won is an experienced recruiting professional with a strong background in tech talent acquisition and management. Since March 2021, Daniel has held multiple leadership roles at Webflow, including Head of Tech Recruiting and interim Head of Global Talent Acquisition. Prior to Webflow, Daniel served as a Talent Consultant & Advisor for a stealth startup and as Tech Recruiting Manager at Opendoor. Daniel's earlier experience includes various roles at Airbnb, Google, and Modis, where responsibilities ranged from technical recruiting to management. Daniel holds a Bachelor's degree in Management and Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder, earned between 2006 and 2010.
