Raphael Roesler currently serves as Chief of Staff at IMAX, a position held since January 2023. Prior to this role, Raphael was with Music Theatre International from July 2018 to January 2023, where multiple titles included Director of Strategic Initiatives and Strategy Manager. Raphael's earlier experience includes a summer associate role at Ambassador Theatre Group and several positions at Goldman Sachs from July 2012 to June 2016, culminating in the role of Product Manager in Investment Management. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MA from the University of Cambridge, and a BA from the same institution, alongside extensive music performance training from the Guildhall School of Music & Drama, Trinity College London, and London College of Music.
