Roger Zhang is the Managing Partner and Founder of imatch talent since February 2015, previously serving as the Branch Manager for the IT Industry at Randstad China from August 2011 to January 2015. During tenure at Randstad, Roger achieved notable performance records, including leading top-performing teams and receiving multiple awards. Prior experience includes a role as Project Manager at Baosight from August 2006 to July 2011, where significant technological achievements were recognized. Roger holds a Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering and Computer Science from Peking University.
