Radu Mihai has a diverse work experience in the field of product/UX design. Radu began their career at Groupe Montorgueil Carpe Diem in 2003 as a Web Designer. Radu then moved on to Siemens Convergence Creators SRL in 2005, where they worked as a Corporate Designer until 2009.
In 2009, Radu joined liveBooks as a Senior UI Designer, where they were responsible for designing online portfolios and websites for professionals in the creative industry. During their time at liveBooks, they also collaborated with the marketing department on various marketing materials.
In 2013, Radu joined Gabriels Technology Solutions as a Senior UX Designer. Radu'smain responsibilities included redesigning the company's global real estate broker website solution by utilizing research, analysis, wireframing, and prototyping. Radu also created high fidelity designs and maintained a UI styleguide for a consistent UI pattern library.
Since 2017, Radu has been working at iManage, where they initially served as a Product/UX Designer. In this role, they collaborated with business owners, product managers, stakeholders, and users to create and implement user-centered solutions. Radu also worked with a strong UX department and dedicated product owners to enhance the products offered by iManage. Later, they were promoted to Senior Product/UX Designer, continuing to focus on improving user experiences and considering UX best practices, customer expectations, and business needs.

Radu Mihai started their education in 1996 at Colegiul National Dr. I. Mesota, where they completed their high school studies in Computer Science in 1999. After that, they enrolled at Universitatea Transilvania din Brașov from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Additionally, in 2012, they obtained a Certificate in Advanced English (CAE) - level A from Cambridge English Language Assessment. In 2014, they acquired the Scrum for IT certification from AgileHub.
