Jibu Punnoose has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Lead Software Engineer at BAE Systems: AIT from October 2001 to August 2010. Jibu then worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Bloomberg LP from August 2010 to August 2012. From March 2013 to May 2016, Jibu was the Engineering Manager for the Digital Marketing Hub at HP Autonomy, where they were responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the product. At OpenText, Jibu served as the Manager of Optimost from May 2016 to May 2017, leading the engineering team and directing all technical aspects of the product. Currently, Jibu holds the position of Principal Engineer at iManage since July 2017.

Jibu Punnoose attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 1995 to 2000, where they obtained a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in the field of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EECS).
