Garth H. has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Garth started their career as an IT Technician Level 1 at Northwestern Illinois University's Kellogg School of Business Management in 2009, where they provided technical support to students, faculty, and staff, dealing with software and hardware issues. In 2009, they also co-founded Web Developers' Union, specializing in web application development using PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. At the union, they worked as a Senior Developer and was responsible for implementing content management systems, website design refreshes, and hosting on their in-house GNU/Linux apache server. Garth then joined GE Healthcare in 2012 as a Senior Software Engineer, where they worked until 2020. Finally, in 2020, they joined iManage as a Senior Software Engineer.

Garth H. pursued their education at Northeastern Illinois University from 2009 to 2011, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Computer Science. Prior to that, they attended the University of Illinois Chicago from 2000 to 2002 and earned a Bachelor of Art degree in English.
