Adrian Hatch has held a variety of roles in various industries since 2010. From 2010 to 2013, they worked as a freelance graphic and web designer. In 2013, they began working as a staff illustrator for Jerk Magazine, and was promoted to Illustration Director in 2014. During this time, they also worked as an intern at Bouvier Insurance and RosieApp, and as a graphic designer for the Royal Military College of Canada. In 2013, they also began working as a Graduate Assistant and Teaching Assistant at The iSchool at Syracuse University. In 2015, they were an Intern in the Ops&Tech Leadership Development Program at The Hartford, and a CEO and Cofounder at Lokil Apps. In 2016, they became the Chief of Staff and CEO of IMAJION, and CTO and Cofounder of the same company. In 2014, they also worked as a Peer Mentor for Statistics 121 at Syracuse University.

Adrian Hatch attended Northwest Catholic High School from 2009 to 2013. Adrian then continued their education at Syracuse University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Information Management and Technology from 2013 to 2016.
