Marie Mandarakas has extensive experience in process outsourcing and claims management, currently serving as the Manager of the Process Outsourcing Unit at ELAP Services since January 2016. Prior to this role, Marie was a Performance and Reporting Analyst at the same company. From October 1994 to December 2015, Marie worked at Integrated Risk Management Inc as a Claims Supervisor, overseeing claims processes and team performance. Marie holds degrees from Rutgers University and the University of Pennsylvania.
