Menka Panjwani possesses extensive experience in social work, community support, and volunteer coordination. Currently serving as a Group Facilitator and Development Volunteer at Imagine, A Center for Coping with Loss since September 2021, Menka focuses on facilitating grief groups while supporting the development team. Previous roles include Project Coordinator/Manager for the Need2Read Program, Community Volunteer at WNC Homework Help, and MSW Coordinator at Emery Unified School District. Menka has also volunteered as a Crisis Counselor with Crisis Support Services of Alameda County and worked as a Social Worker at Circle of Friends. Menka's early career includes roles as Program Coordinator for the Emery Ed Fund and Regional Representative for Ashoka in West India. An advocate for child rights, Menka coordinated efforts at YUVA and holds a Master's degree in Social Work from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, earned in 2000.
