Kristy Mitchell is a Customer Success Manager at Imagine Learning since March 2022, where responsibilities include supporting customers through program implementation and analyzing engagement data to identify strengths and needs. Prior to this role, Kristy served as an Elementary School Teacher at Carolina Park Elementary School and taught fifth grade math and science while implementing technology-rich lessons. Experience as an Instructional Technology Specialist at Eagle Nest Elementary involved training teachers on effective technology use and managing 600 iPads. Additional teaching roles included second grade instruction at College Park Elementary and fifth grade instruction at College Park Elementary, alongside experience as an Instructional Technologist for Berkeley County School District. Kristy holds a Master of Education in Educational/Instructional Technology from the American College of Education and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
