Kayode Allen-Taylor has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Starting in 1997 at Saatchi & Saatchi London, they worked as a Creative, responsible for generating ideas, directing artistic content, and managing projects. Later, they joined Hobbs London as a Stylist and Senior Sales Consultant, where they provided CRM advice, demonstrated extensive stock knowledge, organized personal shopping experiences, and displayed a passion for sales. Moving forward, they worked as a Freelance Creative for various companies such as ELEVATED LTD, Deluxe Seven, Cloudview, and GIgaboxx Music, taking on art direction and creative roles. In 2017, they joined General Assembly as a UX Designer, utilizing industry-standard tools like Sketch and Invision to prototype and wireframe design solutions. Additionally, they created UX documentation and optimized products and services using customer insights. Kayode continued their freelance work at SOULORAMA LTD before working as a Freelance Creative at Jolly Rebellion and Imagination.

From 2012 to 2013, Kayode Allen-Taylor attended the University of Hertfordshire, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Professional Studies.
