Toan Nguyen has extensive experience in the telecommunications and customer contact solutions industry, currently serving as Sales Account France and Channel Account Manager at Imagicle since November 2022. Prior to this, Toan held the position of Business Development Manager at telisca since March 2018. From April 2000 to November 2015, Toan worked at Activeo, starting as a Field Engineer specializing in Cisco and Genesys technologies, progressing to Customer Contact Solutions Sales Executive, with P&L responsibility and a focus on increasing sales and structuring commercial transactions. Earlier experience includes a role as a System Engineer at Sema Group from 1998 to 2000. Toan holds a degree from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University, completed between 1991 and 1993.
