Chad Kraus has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Chad currently holds the position of Lead Software Developer at ImageTrend, where they started in 2020. Prior to this role, they worked as a Software Developer 2 at the same company from November 2020 to August 2022.

Before joining ImageTrend, Chad was the Owner/Manager of Chad's Storage, a family-owned storage facility located in Madison Lake, MN. Chad started this venture in August 2013 and continues to manage it to this day.

Chad has also worked as a Senior Web Developer at Lime Valley Advertising Inc from January 2017 to November 2020. Earlier in their career, they served as a Project Manager/Sales at VoyageurWeb from October 2007 to December 2016.

In 2006, Chad founded HireWebDevelopers.com and served as its Owner until October 2007. Chad also worked as a Real Estate Agent at Keene Realty Development, LLC from January 2006 to September 2007.

Chad's earlier experiences include roles such as Permitting Specialist at Keene Engineering, Inc. from October 2005 to September 2007, and Human Resources/Marketing Supervisor at Kraus Foods, Inc. from May 2004 to October 2005.

To kickstart their career, Chad worked as an Application Developer at Pioneer Hi-Bred International, Inc. from June 2003 to May 2004. In this role, they developed applications for crop genetics researchers and provided support for existing applications.

Chad Kraus obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from Luther College, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. In addition to their formal education, Chad has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2023, they obtained the certification in Performance Management: Conducting Performance Reviews from LinkedIn. Chad also received a certification in Cultural Humility and Agility from LinkedIn in 2023. In 2022, Chad completed the Tech Career Skills: Moving from Developer to Engineering Manager certification from LinkedIn. In the same year, they also obtained the certification in Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences from LinkedIn. Chad's educational journey includes the certification in Inclusive Mindset, which they obtained from LinkedIn in 2021.
