Mitchell Grant is an experienced Print Services Technician at IMAGE ONE, where responsibilities include overseeing all printing services for Nationwide since June 2014. Prior to this role, Mitchell worked at Principal Financial Group from June 2013 to May 2014, providing IT support through troubleshooting incoming phone calls. Earlier experience includes a position as a Windows 7 Post Support technician at Rockwell Collins, where Mitchell managed image deployment and issue resolution, and as a Desktop Support Technician at Sammons Financial Group Member Companies, which involved client support and PC imaging.
