Kathy Epps is an accomplished field service technician with extensive experience in managing and repairing printers and multifunction devices. Currently serving as the Service Team Lead Technician at imageOne since September 2021, Kathy has also held the position of Service Manager and Senior Field Service Technician at Quantum Technologies, where responsibilities include managing a field service team and performing repairs on HP, Xerox, and Lexmark products. Previous roles include Senior Field Service Engineer at General Data Systems and Senior Field Service Engineer at Computime, as well as Field Service Technician at Avnet Computer Technologies, where Kathy gained proficiency in servicing a diverse range of printers from multiple manufacturers.
