Dan Driscoll

Dan Driscoll has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Dan began their career in 2002 as a Western Regional Coordinator at Perot Systems Government Services, where they were responsible for mediating and arbitrating requests for vehicle replacement under CA lemon law and addressing customer issues related to vehicle fires and unintended airbag deployment. In 2004, they joined The Computer Merchant as a Field Service Engineer, providing field service work for various GM production facilities and offices in the Metro-Detroit area, focusing on repairing laptop, desktop fleets, and HP printers. In 2007, Dan joined imageOne as a Field Service Engineer, managing print services and the repair of enterprise to production level equipment, training new technicians, and developing new processes. Over the years, they grew within the company, taking on roles such as Michigan Technical Team Lead, overseeing field service personnel and their training, and then becoming the Service Manager, responsible for daily operations and process improvement decisions. Currently, Dan holds the position of Director of Technical Services at imageOne.

Dan Driscoll attended Macomb Community College from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained an Associate's degree in System, Networking, and LAN/WAN Management/Manager. In terms of additional certifications, Dan obtained various certifications from different institutions. Some of these certifications include Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn in October 2019, New Manager Foundations from LinkedIn in September 2019, and several certifications related to printer and imaging technologies from institutions such as Hewlett-Packard, Pearson VUE, and Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. These certifications were obtained between the years 2010 and 2014.
