Angela Carpenter is an experienced professional with a strong background in project management and customer service. Currently serving as a Learning Program Manager at ILX Group since April 2021, Angela previously worked as a Project Manager at Retail-FCL, where responsibilities included managing the global installation of customer ATMs and liaising with suppliers. Angela's extensive experience at Prudential Assurance spanned over three decades, focusing on successfully managing project life cycles and cross-functional teams, and also encompassed customer service roles involving complaint handling. Angela holds a BTEC National Diploma in Business and Finance from BCOT.
