Luis Fernando Baquerizo serves as the Consulting & Service Manager at ILUM, where responsibilities include managing the consulting and services operation nationwide and overseeing technology consulting projects and services. Previously, Luis held the position of IT Director at Municipio de Guayaquil, leading the municipal corporation's technology function and implementing an IT governance model. Luis also worked as an IT Consulting Manager at PwC Ecuador, and held various roles at Anheuser-Busch InBev and SABMiller, focusing on IT service delivery and management. Luis holds multiple academic degrees, including a Master's in Strategic Direction of Information Systems from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, an International Certificate in Strategic Marketing Management from Tecnológico de Monterrey, and a Master's and Engineer's degree in Management of Information Systems from Universidad Tecnica Federico Santa Maria.
