Nick Bernard has extensive experience in the metallurgical field, currently serving as Technical Development Manager at ILUKA Resources Ltd since January 1989, after previously holding the role of Senior Research Metallurgist. Prior experience includes a position as Control Metallurgist at Mount Isa Mines from November 1987 to January 1989 and as Consultant Engineer at Ruhr Zink GmbH from January 1986 to October 1987. Earlier in their career, Nick Bernard worked as a Process Control Engineer at Mount Isa Mines from January 1981 to January 1987. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical and Materials Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from The University of Auckland, alongside foundational education from Penrose High School.
