Donna Ballantyne is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, employee relations, and industrial relations. Currently serving as a Senior Corporate Lawyer and Business Partner for Employee Relations at Iluka Resources since February 2010, Donna has taken on a hybrid role that includes enterprise bargaining and managing intellectual property protections. Previously, Donna played a crucial role in the company's expansion into new jurisdictions across South-East Asia, China, Africa, and Europe as a Senior Corporate Lawyer. Donna began their career at Clayton Utz, where the position of Senior Solicitor involved advising clients in various industries while supervising junior lawyers. Donna holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from The University of Western Australia, obtained between 1989 and 1994.
