Monica Ballou is an experienced professional in both the real estate and fitness industries. Currently serving as a Manager at iLoveKickboxing since April 2023, Monica also works as a Realtor at Premier Realty since May 2016, demonstrating a strong commitment to real estate sales. Previous roles include serving as a Fitness Coach at Factory Elite Fitness, working as a Home Health Nurse/CNA, and holding various realtor positions at Coldwell Banker Kappel Gateway Realty and Centry 21 M&M Associates. Monica has also contributed to property management as a Project Manager and Property Manager at Molin Properties. Educational credentials include attendance at Solano Community College and training through the American Red Cross in 2014.
