Katja Koponen is currently the Director of Business Development at Ilmatar, a Finnish energy company focused on renewable energy. Katja also founded Cation Oy, a company that provides services for charging electric vehicles. In the past, Katja worked as an Innovation Manager at Caruna, identifying and implementing new technologies and business strategies. Prior to that, Katja was a Senior Business Advisor at Business Tampere, consulting companies on digitalization and international cooperation. Katja also has experience as an Entrepreneur at ST-Koneistus Oy, an Environmental Consultant at Ramboll, and a Researcher at the Finland Futures Research Centre. Katja holds a Master's degree in Geography from the University of Turku.
