Taelor Conley-Marselle has a diverse work experience in sales and account management, primarily in the consumer goods industry. Starting in 2011, Taelor worked as a Customer Business Development intern at Procter & Gamble, where they conducted assortment reports and analyzed sales opportunities. Taelor then transitioned into an Account Manager role, managing and executing go-to-market strategies for P&G's Health and Beauty Care portfolio. During their time at Procter & Gamble, they also served as an Account Executive, responsible for building the business/category with the P&G Personal Health Care portfolio at Kroger Corporation.
In 2012, Taelor joined A Wider Circle as an intern and worked with the Client Relations team to schedule appointments and assist clients in selecting furniture. Taelor also contributed to the collection and distribution of basic need items for families in need.
From 2012 to 2021, Taelor worked at The Clorox Company in various roles. Taelor started as a Senior Sales Analyst, leveraging syndicated data to understand the Eastern Grocery marketplace and support category line reviews. Taelor then became a Category Advisory Services Manager, delivering insights and strategies for different categories and gaining an understanding of how Publix goes to market. Taelor later served as a Sales Manager, where they focused on developing the Burt's Bees category at Publix and creating long-term growth goals. Their last role at The Clorox Company was Regional Sales Manager, overseeing the Health & Beauty Care portfolio for Publix Supermarkets, including brands like Burt's Bees, Rainbow Light, and Natural Vitality.
Currently, Taelor is the Director of Sales - Specialty & Natural at ¾±±ô±ô²â³¦²¹´Ú´Úè North America, Inc. In this role, they manage the illy Caffe coffee portfolio for US Natural and Specialty retailers, such as Whole Foods Market and Peaceful Squirrel. Taelor also oversees distributor relationships with UNFI, KeHE, and other partners.
Throughout their career, Taelor has demonstrated strong analytical skills, sales management expertise, and the ability to drive business growth through effective merchandising and marketing strategies.
