Shawn Lim has work experience as a Material and Texture Artist at Illuvium.io, where they collaborated with environment and tech artists to create landscape textures and prepare texture maps for organic creature models. Shawn was also a Texture Artist at Ubisoft Singapore for a brief period. In addition, they worked as a User Interface Artist at Delta Duck Studios and as a Character Retouch Artist at DeNA.
Shawn Lim pursued their education chronologically starting with their completion of a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Digital Art and Animation from DigiPen Institute of Technology Singapore in the years 2018 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma with Merit in Digital Media Design (Games) from Nanyang Polytechnic, where they studied from 2013 to 2016. In their earlier years, Shawn Lim completed their GCE O levels at Tanjong Katong Secondary School from 2009 to 2012.
