Vivek Yadav is a Senior Engineer at Illumina since December 2022, with a strong background in chemical and biomolecular engineering. Prior experience includes serving as a Doctoral Candidate at the University of Notre Dame from August 2017 to December 2022, where notable achievements included inventing a microfluidics-based heart on a chip device and developing an advanced image analysis pipeline. Additionally, Vivek worked as a Junior Scientist at the Dutch Institute For Fundamental Energy Research, focusing on Monte Carlo Fortran code development for plasma studies, and completed a Mitacs Globalink Internship at Dalhousie University. Earlier, Vivek gained research experience as a Research Assistant at Louisiana State University, where innovative fractal designs were developed and tested. Educational credentials comprise a PhD from the University of Notre Dame, as well as a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
