Betsy Baer has a diverse work experience, starting in 2012 as a Product Development Intern at Design Collective/PerfectFitGear. In 2015, they worked as a Free People Product Development/Production Intern and URBN Social Media Representative at URBN. Betsy then joined Standard WorkWear in 2016 as a Product Development + Operations Associate. From 2017 to 2019, they served as an Account Executive- Outdoor Division at J. America Licensed Products. Betsy then joined ILLUME as an Account Manager - Food / Drug / Mass from 2019 to 2021 and continued with the same company as a Project Manager - Creative + Marketing from 2021 to 2022. In 2022, they worked as a Creative Project Manager at Welly Health PBC before joining ILLUME again in 2023 as a Brand Manager.

Betsy Baer's education history includes attending Normandale Community College, where they studied General Studies. After that, they enrolled at the University of Wisconsin-Stout, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, with a minor in Apparel Design and Development.
