Maria Doukakis is an experienced laboratory operations professional with a strong background in reproductive clinical sciences. Currently, Maria serves as the Director of Laboratory Operations at Illume Fertility since October 2015, where prior roles included Lab Manager for Andrology and Endocrinology and Laboratory Operations Manager. Previously, Maria worked at Northern Westchester Hospital as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist from September 2011 to October 2015, gaining proficiency in various laboratory analyzers. Maria's career also encompasses positions as Andrologist/Clinical Laboratory Scientist at Maze Laboratories and as a Senior Research Specialist at Weill Cornell Medical College. Maria holds a Master of Science in Reproductive Clinical Sciences from Eastern Virginia Medical School and a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Laboratory Science from the University of Rhode Island.
