Sophie Stroud's work experience begins in 2013 when they worked as a Front Desk Receptionist at BCoT for Business. During their time there, they focused on customer service and also assisted with marketing events. Sophie then moved on to ARBELL Limited, where they worked as a Virtual Receptionist, handling calls and arranging meetings for various clients. In 2016, Sophie joined The Stars Group as a Digital Marketing Intern, where they worked with multiple media channels and helped achieve company targets. In 2018, they worked briefly as a Marketing and Sales Executive at Culture Whisper before joining Starcom as a Display Investment Account Executive. At Starcom, Sophie was responsible for planning, buying, and reporting on brand and performance campaigns for Samsung. Sophie also collaborated with creative agencies to align assets with campaign strategy. In 2020, Sophie joined Hearst UK as a Sales Executive and later became a Senior Sales Executive. Their responsibilities included sales and customer development. In 2023, Sophie worked as a Client Development Manager at BENlabs before joining illuma as a Sales Manager. illuma is a British company that utilizes contextual-AI for enterprise solutions in digital advertising campaigns and inventory organization.

Sophie Stroud completed their formal education at various institutions. Sophie began their education at HSDC Alton from 2011 to 2013, although the specific degree or field of study achieved during this time is not known. Following that, they attended Bournemouth University from 2014 to 2018 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing Communications.
