Frantisek Stransky is an experienced manager in strategic sourcing with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Manager in the ITW Strategic Sourcing Group since May 2010, Stransky oversees the Direct Materials, Components, and Finished Goods teams, focusing on global and regional category management, supplier development, and negotiations across various mechanical components. Stransky has held several roles within ITW, including Senior Analyst positions, and has prior experience as a Dispatch Manager in the packaging and food industries, as well as roles in purchasing and logistics within the automotive sector. Stransky holds an MBA in Corporate Management from the European School of Business & Management SE and has a technical background from VSB - Technical University of Ostrava.
