Bill Zimmerman has over 25 years of experience in the information technology sector, currently serving as Manager of Infrastructure, Help Desk, and System Administration at Illinois Mutual Life Insurance Company since December 2004. In this role, Bill leads a team that supports approximately 200 employees across various IT disciplines, including infrastructure and enterprise security. Prior to this position, Bill was Vice President of Technology at Pearl Technology from 2000 to 2004, where responsibilities included developing new product visions and competitive pricing strategies. Bill's earlier experience includes serving as Vice President of Operations at Computer Age, Inc. from 1994 to 2000, focusing on strategic vision and budget management. Bill holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Illinois Springfield and an Associate's degree in Industrial Electronics and Robotics from Illinois Central College.
