Lilia Morales currently serves as a Program Delivery Manager at the Illinois Housing Development Authority since April 2021. Previously, Lilia worked as a Contract Coordinator for Legal Contracts at The Judge Group from July 2019 to December 2019, where responsibilities included managing contract negotiations and dispute resolution with legal partners. Lilia also has extensive experience as a Senior Buyer at BT from June 2005 to June 2018, focusing on managing both indirect and direct categories to streamline supplier relations. Lilia holds a High School Diploma in General Studies from Arthur Hill High School.
