Mike K. is an experienced digital marketing professional with a robust background in sports communication and media relations. Currently serving as Digital Marketing Content Manager at the Illinois Health and Hospital Association since August 2022, Mike previously held the position of Assistant Executive Director at the College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin for 17 years, managing communications for 25 NCAA Division III sports. Mike also gained valuable experience as a Freelance Sports Reporter for the Daily Herald, covering high school sports, and as a Graduate Assistant in Athletics Media Relations at Illinois State University, where responsibilities included media contact and press release preparation. Mike holds a Master's degree in Sports Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies, both from Illinois State University.
