Shanna Tyler, CPCU, has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as an Underwriting Manager at Illinois Casualty Company since June 2012, where previous roles included Associate Underwriting Manager, Underwriting Team Leader, and Remote Underwriter. Prior to this, Shanna held several positions at Builders Insurance Group from 2004 to January 2012, including Senior Production Underwriter and Territory Underwriting Supervisor. Earlier career experience includes roles at Georgia Casualty & Surety from 2000 to 2004 and Safeco from 1998 to 2000, starting as an Underwriter and advancing to Production Underwriter. Shanna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Southern Indiana, earned from 1991 to May 1993, and attended Indiana University Bloomington from 1989 to 1991.
