Clark Taylor is currently a Vehicle Firmware Intern at Tesla, beginning in August 2024. In addition to this role, Clark has been actively involved with Illini Solar Car since August 2021, serving in multiple capacities, including Electrical Team member, Director of Operations, Dash Team Lead, OpenLab Representative, and Steering Wheel Team Lead. From August 2023 to July 2024, Clark also worked as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Clark is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering at The Grainger College of Engineering, expected to graduate in May 2025, following studies at Highland Park High School from 2017 to 2021.
