Marianne McGowan Nugent is the Global Head of Illingworth Research Group at Syneos Health since January 2022, leading efforts to enhance the clinical trial experience through mobile research nurses and patient support services. Previously, Nugent served as Managing Director of Commercial Innovations and Solutions at Syneos Health from October 2019 to January 2022, overseeing solution design and integrated planning. Experience also includes roles as Subject Matter Expert at Zensights LLC, SVP of Business Development at PHS Health Solutions, and various leadership positions at Publicis Health, including Chief Innovation Operations Officer. Nugent's career began at Innovex, where responsibilities included managing training and development. Nugent holds a BA in Journalism - Public Relations from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
