Mike Keurjian is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in asset and property management. Currently serving as a Senior Asset Manager at illi Commercial Real Estate since 2022, Keurjian plays a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiencies and spearheading property improvement initiatives. Previously, as Principal Consultant at So Cal Realty Services, Keurjian established a consulting firm focused on property management and conducted numerous property evaluations. Keurjian's earlier roles include Senior Regional Real Estate Manager at EverWest Real Estate Investors, General Manager at Burbank Town Center, and Senior Asset Manager at Adler Realty Investments, among others, demonstrating a strong background in managing diverse commercial properties across Southern California.
