종희 강 has over 20 years of experience in corporate affairs, communications, public relations, and journalism. In 2020, they began working as the Corporate Affairs Head at ILIAS Biologics Inc. Prior to this, they were the Corporate Affairs Lead / Pacific Rim at Bristol-Myers Squibb from 2015. From 2012 to 2013, they were a self-employed communications consultant and lecturer, providing lectures and workshops in marketing and corporate PR, as well as consulting and project management in internal and external communications campaigns. From 2013 to 2015, they were the Creative Director at wisewise. From 2003 to 2012, they worked at AstraZeneca, where they held the roles of Corporate Communications Director, Communications Lead, and Corporate Communications Manager for Korea. In 2002, they were the Public Relations Manager at Korea Research based Pharmaceutical Industry Association. From 1999 to 1998, they were a Reporter/Rewriter at Newsweek, covering US politics and entertainment, and trained as a reporter in the city affairs beat in the Korea's #2 newspaper, JoongAng Ilbo. In 1998, they began their career as an Account Executive at Edelman.

종희 강 received their Bachelor's degree from Sookmyung Women's University in 1995, majoring in English Language and Literature, General. 종희 then attended Indiana University Bloomington, where they earned their Master of Arts (M.A.) in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs in 1997.
