Tatiana Kolyanova has over 17 years of experience in project management, operations, marketing, and quality management. In 2021, they began their current role as Director Project Management for ILIA Beauty. From 2015 to 2021, they held various roles at Kendo Brands, Inc., including Director Project Management, Senior Project Manager, and Project Manager. From 2013 to 2015, they were a Senior Project Manager and Operations Program Manager at Rodan + Fields. From 2009 to 2013, they held roles as Marketing Project Manager, Operations Project Coordinator, and Marcom Project Coordinator at Nu Skin Enterprises. In 2008, they were a Project Support at ITAB Mertens. In 2007, they were a Management Trainee at ITAB Shop Concept. From 2005 to 2007, they were a Marketing Manager at Stankoproject (ARINSTEIN). In 2004, they were a Quality Manager at Delrus JSC.

Tatiana Kolyanova has a Master of Science in Project Management from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, which they obtained between 2006 and 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma of Engineer in Quality Control from Ural State Technical University between 2000 and 2005. Tatiana also has a PMP certification from PMI, which they obtained in June 2013.
