Guillaume Van Reckem is a skilled IT professional with extensive experience in project management and customer service tools optimization. Currently, as an Administrateur système and Chef de projet outils at ilek since May 2022, Guillaume focuses on project management, tool configuration, bug reduction, data analysis, team training, and competitive monitoring.
