Puneet Virmani's work experience begins in 2003 as a Leader Reginal Business at OVERNITE EXPRESS. Puneet then moves on to AFL Pvt Ltd in 2004, where they serve as the Channel Business Head. In 2005, Puneet becomes an Area Sales Manager at TNT INDIA PVT LTD. From 2009 to 2010, they hold the position of Senior Manager - Projects at Technology Pools. In 2010, Puneet becomes Sr. Manager - Operations at TV 18 Home Shopping Networks Limited, where they successfully consolidate operations and reduces costs. Puneet then joins Naaptol Online Shopping Pvt. Ltd in 2012 as Vice President - Operations, where they communicate strategic direction and collaborates with other divisions to achieve organizational goals. In 2018, Puneet becomes the Director of Operations at EZ Mall Online Limited, overseeing global transportation and national logistics plans. Lastly, in 2023, they become Vice President at iLeads Auxiliary Services Pvt Ltd.

Puneet Virmani obtained a Diploma in SCM & Operations from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi in 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Senior Secondary education at Delhi Public School from 1980 to 1992, specializing in English, Physics, Maths, Biology, and Chemistry.
