Christine Flament currently serves as the Directrice Offre de Services et Marketing at Île-de-France Mobilités, where the focus is on enhancing the passenger experience across various mobility services. Prior to this role, Christine held multiple positions at Transdev, including Directrice Territoriale des Bouches-du-Rhône, overseeing six subsidiaries and ensuring quality service for the Aix-Marseille-Provence Metropolis. Christine also served as Directrice de société for Transdev Melun Val de Seine and for the Vaux-le-Pénil and Saint-Fargeau-Ponthierry subsidiaries, managing operational and economic performance. Christine's earlier experience at SNCF spanned over two decades, with roles such as Directeur d’Etablissement and responsible for customer relations on TGV services, where a strong emphasis was placed on organizational transformation and improving customer service standards. Christine holds a Master's degree in management from the Aix-Marseille Graduate School of Management.
