Eileen Hardy is a seasoned project manager currently working at ILC Studios since March 2022. Prior to this role, Eileen served as a Global Service Quality Specialist and Customer Relations Specialist at BRP from May 2016 to March 2022. Eileen's career began at Ruud Lighting, Inc. as a Customer Service Representative from February 2005 to May 2010, followed by roles at Cree Lighting as Team Lead - Customer Service and Technical Support Representative between May 2010 and April 2016. Eileen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Kent State University.
