Molly Bayliss has a diverse work experience in finance and marketing. Molly started as a Marketing Intern at WorldStrides in 2012 and then transitioned into finance with roles at Credit Suisse, Barclays Investment Bank, Pennant Capital, and Triatomic Capital. Most recently, they served as the Director of Transformation & Strategic Initiatives at ILC Dover starting in 2023.

Molly Bayliss attended Charlotte Country Day School from 1997 to 2011. Molly then went on to the University of Virginia where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from the McIntire School of Commerce with a major in Finance and a minor in Art History, graduating in 2015.
