Veronica Mumbi has over ten years of work experience. Veronica began their career in 2010 as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Meridian Equator Hospital. In 2012, they were promoted to Client Relations Specialist, where they supervised customer care officers, addressed customer enquiries, and conducted client satisfaction surveys. In 2016, they were promoted to Human Resources Administrative Assistant, where they provided general administrative and clerical support, maintained an electronic and hard copy filing system, and opened, sorted, and distributed incoming correspondences. In 2020, they joined Ilara Health as an Area Sales Manager in Mombasa, where they provided daily coaching and feedback, managed customer relationships through Hubspot, and monitored the team's KPIs and reported quarterly. Veronica also built relationships with facilities and did credit analysis with them. Additionally, they were a Senior Sales Specialist-Medical Device, where they achieved sales targets as set forth in the sales projections, reached out to potential clients, and ensured sales were conducted in accordance with documented processes and procedures.

Veronica Mumbi has an educational background that spans from 1991 to 2015. Veronica began their education at Nduru-runo Primary School, where they obtained a Certificate in Kenya Certificate of Primary Education in 1998. Veronica then attended Our Lady of Fatima Secondary School from 2004 to 2006, and obtained their Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education. Finally, they attended Zetech University from 2013 to 2015, and earned a Diploma in Human Resources Management and Services.
