Meresa Auma's work experience includes being a Medical Sales Representative at Ilara Health starting from January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative at Viesta health company limited starting from January 2022. Earlier, they worked as a Nutritionist at Thika level 5 hospital for one month in December 2021. Additionally, they had a role as a Research Assistant at Amazon which ended in November 2022.

Meresa Auma pursued their Bachelor's degree in Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition Services at Great Lakes University of Kisumu from 2014 to 2019.
