Swelani Kubheka has a work experience spanning over a decade. In 2007, they started their career at iLAB as a Senior Test Analyst. Then, in 2010, they joined Africanbank in the same role. After a few years, they moved on to Rubric Consulting (Pty) Ltd in 2014, where they currently hold the position of Team Leader.

From 2002 to 2004, Swelani Kubheka attended the Tshwane University of Technology, where they pursued a degree in Information Technology. During this time, they completed a National Diploma in IT.
