Rashmi Joshi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Rashmi is currently working as an SQA Lead at iLAB since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Resultant as a Quality Engineer from October 2020 to September 2022 and as a Business Analyst from May 2019 to October 2020. Before joining Resultant, Rashmi served as the VP of Customer Success at Borderwise | Docketwise from March 2018 to April 2019 and as a Software Developer from March 2016 to February 2018. Their earlier experience includes working as a Technical Analyst at Cognizant from January 2012 to November 2014.

Rashmi Joshi completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Science from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. In January 2011, they obtained the Oracle Certified Associate certification from Oracle. Rashmi recently achieved the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in December 2020.
