Raísa Souza started their career as an Estagiária at Polícia Civil do Estado do Rio de Janeiro before moving to iLAB, where Raísa currently holds the position of Quality Assurance Engineer/Chapter. At iLAB, Raísa provides support to the QA team, leads testing efforts, refines User Storys and Acceptance Criteria, and generates project metrics. With a degree in Tecnólogo em Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas, Raísa's expertise also includes being a Point of Contact in projects, creating test scenarios and cases, and documenting test evidence.
